Cavan Book Club

Cavan Library Reading Groups are an important and flourishing part of Cavan Library Service’s efforts to promote interest in quality literature. New members are always welcome to join any of our Reading Groups:

Johnston Central Library
Cavan Reading Group (Established 1999) Meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 1pm.

100 Books with a Difference

We want to bring people together and get communities thinking and talking about difference, through reading. We have published '100 Books with a Difference' through which readers will explore the truth of living with prejudice and discrimination; learn that the shared experience of difference is what in fact unites us;  and discover the wisdom of celebrating difference.
