Branch Librarians: Limerick

Limerick City & County Council invites applications from suitably qualified applicants for the permanent positions of Part-Time Branch Librarians. There are currently three permanent vacancies for the following branch libraries.

• Newcastle West & Adare Libraries (joint post)
• Dooradoyle Library
• Limerick City Branch

Candidates must, on the closing date for receipt of completed application forms:
• have attained a good standard in general education

Salary:
Salary scale: €11.99 per hour to €20.45 per hour. Annual increments are payable subject to satisfactory service.

Hours of Work:
Branch Librarian – Newcastle West and Adare Libraries – 50 hours 25 mins per fortnight
Branch Librarian – Dooradoyle Library – 50 hours per fortnight
Branch Librarian – Limerick City Branch – 26 hours per fortnight

Completed application forms must be emailed to branchlibrarian@limerick.ie not later than Wednesday, 27th July 2016.

An official application form must be completed in full by the closing date for the competition. Please note that amendments to the application form will not be accepted after the closing date.
