Jameson Distillery Bow Street

Jameson's Irish whiskey has been in production since 1780 and is an internationally famous brand. The mixture of malt and unmalted 'green' Irish barley used to create the whiskey is harvested in Co. Cork. By the 19th century the distillery operation had become the largest in the world and moved to Bow Street, Dublin. More than 30 million bottles sold per year make Jameson the best selling Irish whiskey in the world. The Bow Street distillery is today a museum and visitor attraction.
