Airfield is a private trust company and registered charity with an educational and recreational remit. It is a place of learning, for raising awareness on topics such as the environment, farming and food issues. It boasts a beautifully restored small mansion, with out buildings converted to studio spaces, complimented by stunning gardens looking out on the South Dublin Mountains, and a working farm with a variety of animals including cows, goats, sheep, horses, geese, pigs, and hens. An extensive arts programme embraces concerts, theatre, exhibitions and a variety of workshops.
