In 1958, two more Roman Catholic Schools were opened. They were called Scoil Assaim and Scoil Aine. They were built on the same site as Scoil Íde. Scoil Íde became a mixed school for infants. Scoil Assaim became a school for boys. Scoil Aine became school for girls.
Children from Raheny still attend these schools.
