National Gallery of Ireland – Research Services

The National Gallery of Ireland's research collections support the study of art and associated disciplines. They also provide information on the gallery's permanent collections and special exhibitions. The valuable resources in these collections consist of material relating to the national and international development of the visual arts from the middle ages onwards. The collections are located in a number of areas in the gallery and incorporate the Fine Art Library, NGI Archive, Centre for the Study of Irish Art, Diageo Print Room, and the Yeats Archive. They are open to all researchers by appointment.
