Carraig Craft Visitor Centre and Basketry Museum

Carraig Craft Visitor Centre is museum with exhibitions of the traditional craft of basketry. Baskets used in Irish homes were woven with rod, rushes and straw. There are lectures and demonstrations in basket weaving and audio-visual presentations. Facilities at the centre also include parking for coaches, a craft shop, café and tourist information.
