Hells Kitchen Railway Museum

The Hells Kitchen Railway Museum is located next door to the bar of the same name in Castlerea. It features what is alleged to be the largest private collection of rail memorabilia on the island of Ireland. The centrepiece is a restored A55 diesel locamotive. The rest of the collection includes lamps, bells, signal equipment, shunting poles, station boards, staffs and much more. Visitors can enjoy an audio-visual presentation of archival material.
