LISMORE MEN WOUNDED
Within the past week or so news has been received in Lismore by relatives that the following soldiers are in the casualty lists :- Lance-Corporal Thomas Morrissey, of the Leinsters, who has been already awarded the Military Medal; Pte. timothy Griffin, Irish Guards; Corporal Thomas O'Brien, Leinster Regiment; and Pte. James Boland, of the same regiment. Private Jack Mulcahy, of the A.S. Corps, who has been gassed slightly, has been transferred from the base hospital to the military hospital at Torquay.
