Baked Apples

Recipe by Mary Morrissey

I love Mellon, my husband does not. I said, after he praised me for this  dessert  of which he ate every morsel, guess what this Apple is stuffed with? He did not know. He now sees Mellon in a different light! He like this recipe as it very healthy and minimal sugar and has option to be gluten free.
