Special Collections Reading Room at the University of Limerick, Glucksman Library
The Special Collections Library was established in 1998 and contains the University of Limerick's archives and rare books. The library contains over 25,000 books including the Norton collection of Irish printing and the Fr. John Leonard Limerick collection. The archives include estate papers, literary papers and political collections. Access to the Special Collections Library is by appointment and contact details are available on the library website.

The exhibition centre is situated in a former Royal Irish Constrabulary Barracks overlooking beautiful surroundings, the river Fertha and Cahersiveeen Marina.

The home of the Cape Clear Museum is a rebuilt old schoolhouse at Cape Clear island, Co. Cork. It houses a large collection of maritime artefacts and other items of folklife interest. The museum also holds a large collection of exhibition panels covering 14 aspects of island life and history. Each summer a number of these panels covering a few themes are selected for exhibition.
