When you are buying food in the supermarket or shop, look out for food that has a Fair Trade logo. Products such as tea, coffee, bananas, oranges and chocolate may carry the Fair Trade logo. This means that the farmer was paid a fair price for the food he produced. Fair Trade organisations also put money back into the local community.
