(4) Historical posters and brochures of local agricultural shows.
(5) Accounts in local newspapers and posters of local steam and vintage rallies, threshing days.
(6) Old cookery books, perhaps wartime foodstuffs and family meals.
(7) The story of local produce and local production such as the beet factory in Carlow - its foundation and development.
