, hunting and participating in shows throughout the summer. Trekking over the Galtee mountains and trail finding through the forests within the Glen of Aherlow is popular.
There are also riding centres and open farms, both for the enjoyment of locals and the many tourists who come to Tipperary.
Hacking
Hacking means horse riding at a leisurely pace through the countryside. It is a very popular activity with tourists at the Glen of Aherlow.

Trekking
