Minute 23rd March 1882 (part 2)
Next on the Agenda was the Master's Estimate of Provision and Necessaries required for the ensuing week. Following its examination, "Orders were duly made for the several articles specified namely:-
Lbs White Bread, lbs Brown Bread, lbs Officers' Meat, lbs Paupers' Meat, Ox heads, lbs Indian meal, lbs Oatmeal, Quarts Buttermilk, Quarts Sweet milk, lbs salt, lbs Tea, lbs Brown Sugar, lbs Lump Sugar, lbs Rice, lbs Pepper, lbs Arrowroot, Naggins Whiskey, Bottles Porter, Bottles Wine, Cwt Hard Coal, Cwt Sea Coal, Kishes Turf, lbs Mould Candles, lbs Dipt Candles, lbs Soap, lbs Blue, lbs Washing Soda, Doz Eggs
Following the orders for all of these items, the Clerk was ordered to produce:
- The several Clothing Account
- The Medical Officers' Books
The Clerk was required to authenticate their accuracy and give his signature again. The Out-door relief lists and the weekly Receipt and Expenditure Books of the Several Relieving Officers were next. The Clerk then showed the Abstract of Out-door Relief lists. Amounts in money and kind were recorded and the Relieving Officers were credited "as per Receipt and Expenditure Book".

Next on page five the Requirement of each Relieving Officer were noted and estimated by the Board. The Clothing Account with its bills and cheques was then examined. Page six was concerned with the Establishment Account (staff salaries) and following this on page seven was the Workhouse Invoice Account.
The Clerks' Report of Vaccination, the Report of the Visiting Committee and the Reports of the Master and the Officers were then given on page eight. The Orders of the Local Government Board for Ireland came next and following these letters from the Local Government Board. These appeared on page nine to twelve. Page twelve also dealt with cases of provisional relief with admissions and cases disallowed, number of admissions to the Workhouse, number of cases of provisional Out-door relief with rejections. Then the Bonds and Other Securities were reported on (but only on the second meeting following the Annual Election).
Remaining Pages
On page thirteen were found Proceedings under the Medical Charities Act, for instance, Estimate of Medicines for each Dispensary District, Invoice of Medicines, Requisites Books and Stationery for each Dispensary District. Page fourteen outlined the Salaries and other expenses of Medical Personnel and general expenses for each dispensary district. On page fifteen were listed the Ratepayers who were appointed ot Committees of Management of Dispensary Districts. Following this were listed Orders of the Local Government Board of Ireland under the Medical charities Act were then listed. On page sixteen were listed details of letters under the Medical Charities Act from the Local Government Board for Ireland.
Page seventeen and eighteen were concerned with Sanitary Reports and letters in the context of "Proceedings of the Board of Guardians as the Sanitary Authority". Expenses incurred under the Public Health (Ireland) Act 1878 were outlined on page nineteen. The Chairman's' signature and date of next meeting completed the minutes.
