Recipe Competition Winners Announced!

Five people win a day course at one of Ireland's top cookery schools!

Congratulations to the five winners of the Public Library Recipe Competition, who will each enjoy a one-day cookery course at one of Ireland's top cookery schools!

• Breda McHugh (Carlow)

The competition was run as part of the Europeana Food and Drink Project and in celebration of Ireland's growing food heritage, encouraging people to share their favourite recipe and the story behind it. The winning recipes will soon be available in the Traditional Irish Food section of Ask about Ireland website.
