Fintown Railway
Fintown Railway is a restored operational section of railway around the scenic Lough Finn lake surrounded by the Donegal highlands. In the past County Donegal had 200 miles of narrow guage rail line. Part of the Glenties railway restoration project, it was re-opened in 1995 commemorating its centenary. The Fintown Railway is part of the Cross Border Heritage Railway Cluster which is involved in heritage railway tourism.
