Valentia Heritage Centre
The Valentia Heritage Centre is situated in the former Knightstown National School building constructed in 1861, extended 1911 and finally closed in 1976. The display rooms tell the story of Valentia Island and harbour and one exhibit focuses on the Transaltantic Telegraph.
