Drum Heritage Visitor Centre
Drum Heritage Visitor Centre provides information to visitors about the various locations of interest in the local area. They include a ruined monastic site and St. Brigid's Holy Well, an ancient funeral route to Clonmacnoise including a wake house, Thomastown cemetery, the Meehambee Dolmen, Curraghaleen Hedge School and the birthplace of Sean Ó Neachtain, a 17th and 18th century poet.
