Offering families the opportunity to see and hear some of the finest and most exciting theatre, dance, music, puppetry, literature and visual art from Ireland and around the world, the organisation also works with teachers and parents to unlock their own creativity, encouraging them to use the arts to develop their own skills and to use them to develop the whole child.
Baboró also works with Irish-based artists to develop their skills and to develop the arts in Ireland. It provides a platform for Irish-based companies to showcase their work to Irish and International audiences. Baboró is a registered charity whose Mission Statement is: To inspire children to engage with the world through their experience of the arts
Baboró 2013 runs from October 14th to 20th, and promises to engage and entertain, to excite and inspire, with a full programme of events for children and families from 6 months upwards!
