The Cat Laughs Comedy Festival
Since its modest beginnings in 1994 the Cat Laughs Comedy Festival now draws national and international comedic talent to Kilkenny over the first weekend of June every year. Many famous comics have visited the festival including popular international stars such as Bill Murray, Stephen Fry, Dan Castellanto and Paul Merton. The comic stars perform at numerous venues throughout the city of Kilkenny.
