Museum and Boglands Information Centre

The Museum and Boglands Information Centre includes a bank of turf, authentic centuries old artifacts, a guide to flora and fauna of the bog ecosystem and implements used for bogland harvesting including the tradition method of cutting turf by hand. There is an audio-visual display, period machinary, a craft and gift shop and restaurant with traditional Irish food.
