National Farm Museum
The National Farm Museum includes exhibits of old farming machinery with information on farming methods prior to modern mechanisation. Before the modern tractor and combine harvester, agriculture depended entirely on horsepower and manpower. In more decades, farming machines has become more powerful and more efficient methods have been adopted on Irish farms. A traditional Irish cottage with period furniture and domestic implements demonstrates what Irish daily life was like centuries ago.
