Housed in a late Victorian gothic style church used by the Methodists until 1973, Greyfriars Municipal Art Gallery is home to the Waterford Municipal Art Collection, which includes paintings by Jack B. Yeats, Paul Henry, Evie Hone, and Louis Le Brocquy. Exhibitions based on a selection of municipal artworks are displayed throughout the year. Contemporary art shows are occasionally displayed.
