University College Dublin, Belfield, Dublin 4
University College Dublin is the largest university in Ireland. It was founded in 1854 as the Catholic University of Ireland and originally situated in Dublin city centre before moving to Belfield in the 1960's. John Henry Newman was helped to found the institution and was it's first rector. The John Henry Newman Building currently houses the arts department.
