Suibhne
Suibhne
The front cover of “Suibhne” (Sweeney) a 1987 collection of poetry by Donegal author Cathal O Searcaigh. On the front of the cover there is a small colour reproduction of an original painting by artist Caroline Price of a mountain scene, possibly in County Donegal. This depicts a sheep grazing near barbed wire fencing on which are caught pieces of fleece. In the background a rugged mountain peak looms.
