Clogher Heritage Complex

Clogher Heritage Complex includes a reproduction of a typrical labourer's cottage complete with period furniture in order to portray daily life in times past. The cottage garden contains a sun dial and a collection of carts and traps which were the principal mode of transport in rural Ireland before the arrival of the motor car. A working forge demonstrates the work of the local blacksmith. Nearby is a holy well and a memorial to unbaptised babies which in the past were buried on unconsecrated ground. Meanwhile the graveyard in Drum dates to at least the 5th century.
