Texture Terror!

A game to be played in the classroom or with a group of friends

Put a number of different objects with interesting textures into black plastic bags.

Ask one person to put their hand into the bag without looking. He/she must describe the texture and form of the object to their friends without saying what the object is. Their friends have to guess what it is based on the description.
 

Or, for a more serious challenge……!

Hide an object in a bag and pass it to your friend. Get your friend to put his/her hand into the bag to feel the object, then ask them to draw the object without looking in the bag. They are required to draw using the sense of touch instead of sight.
