9.6.3 How to say it on electronic forms
Most library websites include electronic forms which people can use to register for services, renew loans, reserve items, research, find out information, and many more tasks. You can create electronic forms in a variety of file formats, including plain text, Word, PDF and HTML. Each has advantages and disadvantages, and it is best to offer more than one choice (for example, PDF and Word).
