All rights reservedThe library of the Honourable Society of King’s Inns was founded in 1787 and contains some 100,000 volumes on a wide variety of subjects. There are notable collections of pamphlets and printed Irish Appeals to the House of Lords amongst others. A legal deposit library from 1801 to 1836, it now concentrates on providing modern facilities for the Society’s students who pursue diploma in legal studies and degree of barrister-at-law courses. The library is available to all members of the Society and to bona fide researchers.
