Thuja Plicata 'Zebrina'
Common Name: Variegated Western Cedar
Description: This variety grows with a generally conical shape. The green foliage is banded with a yellow variegation. Unlike many variegated plants this is a strong growing tree holding its yellow colour well. It thus associates well with other large non-variegated conifers as a focal plant.
This variety originated around 1868. The specimen in Woodstock is 25.2M in height, it was measured in 1999.
