Time and The Island
A year after Sean's death Time and the Island his last book of poetry was published. Reviewing it in the Irish Times of March 9th 1996 Gerald Dawe wrote; "It is impossible to read these poems be Sean Dunne without pity and anger at his death...In the final ten years of his life, Sean Dunne's work as a poet was developing from strength to strength as he shed unnecessary defences and mannerisms to become one of the country's finest poets".
AudioPoet Michael Coady reads the poem Refugees at Cobh from Seán Dunne's collection The Sheltered Nest.
